GOLD ROAD IS FINALLY HERE

Today is the day! Welcome players to Gold Road. Explore the West Weald zone, learn to scribe, and more. Here's all the info you need to get started.

New Zone:  West Weald

It is finally release day for ESO’s newest chapter, Gold Road.  Gold Road consists of a new zone called West Weald.  As with all other zones, there is a main zone quest, delves, world bosses, skyshards, side quests, and more to keep a player busy.  

New world events called Mirrormoor Incursions make their first appearance in West Weald. 

New System:  Scribing

The new Scribing system is also making a debut.  Scribing allows players to customize specific combat skills to match their playstyle.  You can learn all about Scribing with the Scribing Guide.

New ToT Deck:  Saint Alessia

An exciting new Tales of Tribute patron deck is also added for the Gold Road Chapter.  Saint Alessia joins the growing patron list.  Learn about the patron and all the cards with the Tales of Tribute Guide.

And that’s not all.  A new trial called Lucent Citadel has been added.  New customizations are available for certain skills called Skill Styling.  Of course, there are new armor sets, new antiquities, new furnishings, and more.  This is an exciting new addition to Tamriel and we are glad to have you here.
